Everytime I take my mobile from service center instead of my problem being rectified I see a new problem has been created.
I don't get much time to go everyday to customer service center.
from Nov I'm mentally disturbed with their service and mobile issues.
How many times shall I go to service center.
My workOrder Numbers are as follows
1st Workorder SE31155111531 Date of Submission - 26th Nov 2011 Date of Return- Dec 9 2011
2nd WorkOrder SE31155111830 Date- 31st Dec 2011 Date of Submission- 31st Dec 2011, Date of Return 6th Jan 2012
Date Of puchase Jun 18 2011, place of purchase Mobile Kingdom, vashi, Mumbai.
For everytime I submit my mobile they take atleast 7 days to repair and still after that nothing happens instead new problem happens. they are just passing the time so that my mobile's warranty period will expire and then I will not able to claim anything.
I got irritated from their service and and this Xperia X8 mobile.
If they can't rectify the mistakes then its better they replace the mobile.
Please Help me with my issues.
